„Nach den Bildern im Internet waren wir wahrscheinlich im falschen Hotel.... Die Bilder haben teilweise nicht der Wahrheit entsprochen. Unser Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Insbesondere war das Frühstück eine Frechheit. Es hatte nicht einmal den Standard continental. Verglichen mit den Bildern im Internet grenzt dass schon fast an Betrug. Als Stammkunde bei hotels.com mit insgesamt Übernachtungen im dreistelligen Bereich, hat es das Hotel in die Top 3 ...

„Hotel was clean everywhere. Looked practically new. There are lots of options for restaurants nearby. Staff was beyond friendly. Breakfast was really good and fresh and area was kept clean and stocked. Mountain view was nice. “

„The pet fee per dog is very high. We already paid about $150 for the room but were told there would be a $75 fee for each of our 3 dogs. The breakfast is really basic with no hot foods, the hotel needs updates and is very overpriced for the condition of the rooms and facility. The pet area is not close to the hotel as well. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Wytheville a week later and it was substantially cheaper, the grass area is much closer and the rooms are about the same condition. At RRI ...
