"Perfect place for our stay in Paihia with a large group of 12 family members. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Lovely native bush surrounding the house with nice views. Would definitely recommend."

"Very nice hotel with great bay views. The room was clean and quiet, walking distance to all restaurants and shops, super friendly staff. the nreakfast was excellent for such hotel - big variety of cold and hot dishes, the only minus point is that the breakfast is only from 6.30 till 9.00 am"

"Booked a room for three. Only a bed for two was prepared despite paying and booking for three. The sofa bed which can hardly be named a bed (I felt only the construction and no mattress!) had dirty sheets.
