„Great service and a beautiful house.“

„Very nice and clean space. Did not realize it didn’t have air conditioning, but the fans worked well.“

„Jeff was very responsive and knew when we were going to be there. It was obvious he was monitoring to assure we accessed the property without issue (which we did). The 2 bedroom worked well for us. Good water pressure in the shower (a must). In unit washer/dryer, which is handy if you're taking advantage of any of the numerous lakes/rivers in the area. Great location to use as a home base to explore the whole region. I would stay here again.“

„Everything was clean and organized and we really appreciated the space for our family. Thank you!“

„A lot of good ammenities, but the property is odd. If there are other people renting the other house they're essentially hanging out in your front yard.“

„Great private lakefront cottage in a great area.“

„This was a great budget friendly option for our family. Home was very clean and well appointed. The AC units worked well, we just wish there had been one in the room with 2 beds. We liked the short drive to major attractions, but wish we had realized how close the house was to the major road/thoroughfare. There was noticeable road noise whenever the AC units were not running. I am not sure we would stay there again, but appreciated finding something in the area that was the right size for us and ...

„Very comfortable and cozy place close to everywhere we wanted to go.“

„The property was very convenient and available when we needed to book it (rather last-minute). I thought the price was a little steep, but we were only able to stay a single night with prior flight rezzies. We were grateful to our host for being so accommodating. Everything in the house is lovely. There were a couple of repairs in progress, but we were clearly staying for only one night during a bumper season, so we didn’t mind at all. The house was quite cold (60 degrees) when we checked ...

„Spacious, could use better insulation between units“

„Stayed three nights in Little Traverse Therapy in mid July. This place is awesome! Can’t say enough good things about it. Very clean and is a well kept property. Host is very communicative with her guests. It is in a quiet, secluded area, but you are still close enough to Traverse City, Lake Leelanau, and Glen Lakes areas to enjoy these areas. Hot tub is an added plus! Highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay here or at another one of their properties again.“

„This property was better than advertised. The little things like signs for the cabinets, additional games for the kids, beach chairs and great location made it even better. Matt, the host, was amazing. If we needed something or had a question, he was always available and quick to provide anything we needed. This should be a model of how a VRBO property should be!!!“

„This space was perfect for a weekend away. The area was very quiet and private. We were close to lots of hiking trails and Iron Fish Distillery is only a few minutes away. “

„The stay was great“

„We really enjoyed this home! Private, quiet, very clean and well maintained. Almost no insects but lots of deer in the adjacent prairie! Great communication with property manager. Highly recommend! “

„We stayed for almost three weeks and, unfortunately, it did not meet the standard represented in the listing.Basement/ventilation: The lower level had a strong musty, dank “Michigan basement” odor that permeated throughout the house. DampRid & air fresheners provided little relief. Windows were often inoperable, lacked screens, or would not stay open. The basement had exposed wiring and insulation, not suitable for guest use as described.Air conditioning: The floor unit in the kitchen/dining ...

„It was all very clean and the communication was great would recommend this place for anyone looking to get away for a weekend“

„Excellent location with plenty of room for larger groups. Property had a lot of amenities to occupy your time. Kitchen area very well stocked for food preparation and service. Hosts are very accommodating and excellent communication. Had a wonderful weekend!!“

„Well appointed property with beautiful views of the lake!“
