Towels & hotel-style accommodations are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is a coffee pot and tea kettle for your use as well. Help yourself to the coffee and tea on the counter. Each room has water bottles for your comfort. Utilities & Monthly Allowance



Your monthly stay includes a combined utility allowance of up to **$250 per month** for water, gas, and electricity. Any utility costs exceeding the $250 monthly allowance will be the guest’s responsibility and must be paid in addition to the monthly rental rate.

Utility usage will be based on the actual bills for the property during your stay. Any amount exceeding the included allowance will be documented and provided to the guest for review and payment.
