Hotels nahe Tempe Improv (Phoenix)

„Very clean! We spent the afternoon at the pool. I wish they would have had the bar/food open during the day.“

„Ganz tolles Personal!

„Reeked like marijuana“

„Wunderbares Hotel mit gutem Pool und sehr gutem Service. Top Preis-Leistubgsverhältnis“

„Very good“

„First off, the managers was nice. That’s it. The employees were terribly rude. Our refrigerator was leaking, getting my Louie wet and food spoiled. Got moved to another room, after the employee was terribly rude, and asked us to bring all our belongings down at 1 in the morning and get the key. Then take it all back upstairs. Then cutting us off multiple times and not answering us after voicing our concerns. and then moved us to a room that was blocked, with no view, we were there for 4 days. ...

„Super PreisLeistungsVerhältnis, gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal“

„It was clean good breakfast very nice staff and easy check in and check out“

„Room exactly as advertised - prompt responses from host. Clean and tidy room with good amenities“

„Sehr freundlich, gerne wieder“

„This is an apartment in an apartment complex. Close to the airport and all things in the city. Cleaning crew definitely could have done a better job. There was blood on the wall by the toilet, stubble in the shower and the sheets and towels were damp. The bedding was limited and the furniture was old and scuffed. The pool was COLD and so was the hot tub. Even in 95 degrees it was too cold. The hallway in the building was scented, such a strong scent it gave a headache. “
