„We stayed at Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond for 2 nights in a Superior Villa with a Lakeview. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. Our villa was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony, though it lacked balcony furniture to relax. While the property was clean, it felt a bit outdated and worn.

„WiFi was not stable and sometimes not available. During our 3 day stay we had several times made calls to your staff for help. Your staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. I have a feeling that your WiFi needs a stronger Router to take care of the renters. Your rooms were spacious and clean, staff was great and food was very good.“

„I am sorry to say, but the hotel was not worth the money. We paid 150 Euro for a night and for that money I expect way more than was offered there. We received a room without windows there was food tears on the floor, the wall were torn down partially and you could see the plumbing and it was super loud. It was not my first time in India and I booked rooms for much less money that were way better. Will not recommend .“

„Clean and comfortable rooms, Professional and friendly staff in the restaurant and safreena from front desk was friendly and helpful. I dont have anything but positive to say about the stay. Thank you“

„Loved the privacy of the cottage and the hospitality of the staff. The added brownie points were the complimentary tea/coffee and snacks in the afternoon! That's definitely something to look forward to. Otherwise, kitchen staff were not that great, we got some burnt rotis and found a hair in a curry. But the rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful.“

„Rooms very clean and spacious.staffswery pleasant and polite.“
