« The owner provided us with an excellent experience. Check-in was easy. We arrived to a very clean condo stocked with coffee and cold beverages. Very comfortable mattress (the most important thing for me!). The kitchen contained all the glassware, dishes, pots/pans, and utensils for cooking. We could easily walk to Germantown and downtown, but preferred taking a ride share on the way home. Overall, we would stay here again. »

« It was a great little apartment for a home base while staying in Nashville. Uber/Lyft rides were only around 10 to get to the main areas downtown! The pool was an added little bonus on hot afternoons. »

« Immaculate apartment situated in an adorable neighborhood. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was like a dream after coming home from a sweltering 90 degree concert! Amazing communication with the property owner as well - couldn’t have asked for better! »

« This location was perfect for our Bachelor party. It was close to Broadway and restaurants. We will definitely come back in the future. 5 Stars!!! »

« Most things were an uber ride under 10 dollars. Just far enough off broadway to not be loud and crazy but a quick trip to get there. Very cute, quiet and the property manager was easy to get in touch with and very nice. »

« We came to Nashville to see our daughter and grandsons. The condo is down the street from their house. We had a wonderful few days, going to the zoo and enjoying great restaurants. All the restaurants were close to the condo. We had a wonderful stay. »
