« This place was massive. Huge living area and kitchen. Couch was really comfortable (I know I wouldn’t usually review a couch it was that good). We were a large group of 11 with teens kids and adults and it worked out well. Property has some wear and tear that you would expect from a rental but overall it was clean and everything was in working order. Blake the property manager was excellent. Very responsive and helpful throughout the stay with any questions we had. Close drive to Broadway and...

« I can’t say enough positive things about Frank, I have been staying in Frank’s homes for over 10 years. I would highly recommend for anyone to rent from him. He is a fingertip away and goes out of his way to accommodate his guest. I have stayed at every house Frank has but this one is over the top and even has an elevator. The rooftop view of down town is spectacular with plenty of outdoor seating. Again I could rave on and on about Frank he is the go to guy for your Nashville stay!!! »

« This place is beautiful. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was very beneficial to our group. Its location was just a few short minutes from the highway, close to a neighborhood area with restaurants and and Aldis, yet very close to downtown items, as well. Communication with the owners was very quick, not that we had any major issues that needed their attention. Overall, we would definately stay at this location again if we're ever in Nashville. »

« 4 adult women needing a safe and clean place to stay for a few days of adventuring thru Nashville. The house was perfect! Plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to be together. The great location made it an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. On another note.....The broken glass and boarded up back door was a little disturbing...especially since it was the same style glass door as the front entry. The bed linens were not as fresh and clean smelling as the towels. Also, the bathroom...

« Great place as advertised. Super close to Broadway. Walk to Farmers Market, 10 Uber to the bars and restaurants on Broadway. Very clean house. Location is near Germantown but not in it. Backs right up to a KFC. Was not a problem. No noise no smell. Would definitely stay there again!! »

« Property was beautiful. Modern appliances comfy beds and adequately equipped for long stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to downtown and Broadway St. There were minor things that need to be done. I do think that the house needs a good deep cleaning. There was dust on the baseboards and our socks were so dirty when we walked without shoes. The couch had stains on it that can be steam cleaned out. We loved the house and would love to stay there again. »

« Great place for 2 people to stay comfortably! Apartment is laid out well and furnished nicely. Love the more secluded location away from downtown but still a nice easy drive to anywhere we felt like going! Close to most of the neighborhoods and activities. Amenities provided such as detergent and soap and shampoos which was thoughtful and added another layer of comfort to our stay. Loved having a nice washer dryer to do laundry. Very happy with this stay! »
