« There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend! »

« We loved this property. Everything was just as listed. Jerry at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our family of 9. They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again! »

« A nice change from the usual hotel experience. Unique and convenient. I would not hesitate to stay again. Be aware, steep stairs to climb so not a good choice if you have trouble with that. There is no ice machine so if you need ice, this also would not be a good fit. But, I enjoyed my stay. »

« Adorable, cute and very clean. The management was great whenever I needed anything it was just a phone call and they handled it. Would def recommend. Only downfall was the noise level outside but that’s not really anything the property could control. »

« We loved our stay in the Everett Suite! The room was as described- beds were comfortable and the linens smelled fresh! We were so appreciative that the host set up a pack and play for our daughter who was traveling with us - a kind gesture that was above and beyond! The cafe downstairs was so convenient each morning, and everything we had was delicious! »
