List of issues and inconveniences include: communication with the host was unreliable, a horrible smell the whole stay and asked to check it out but no one to assist on the weekend, hot water tank not plugged in, and toilet seat was falling off. The place was listed as brand new and I want to believe it was but a few things made me question that. Our sheets in one of the bunks were very rough and not soft. « It’s a nice place with tons of outdoor space and lots of water toys to use. along the shore, which was great for swimming and staying out of boat traffic. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a window AC unit and keeps the room nice and cold, however the 2nd bedroom has nothing but a ceiling fan to cool it. If the door was closed to that bedroom it got very hot at night. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and the owner is very accommodating! We enjoyed our stay. »

« Our experience on the houseboat was exceptional! The boat is in wonderful shape and made the perfect venue for our family during a University of Tennessee football weekend. We had plenty of space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop party deck was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. « We had a great time at the property. The dome has full kitchen and all the utensils needed. It had a hot tub and grill on the patio. We liked the comfortable stay. Only issue was the navigation, google maps took us to a road with the dead end. We had some trouble finding the place initially. »
