« I want to start with what I liked: The unit is very spacious and the AC works great. Beds are comfortable and showers and toilets work well. Everything was very clean. Some minor maintenance issues, but those can be overlooked. You are renting a home and not a hotel after all. The property has ocean access - not a real beach. But for walks on the beach, it was fine. We did that a lot. Local fishermen have boats in the water. That was fun to watch. Some surprises: 1) I found the unit searching...

« The condo was not in great shape and smelled bad but we got air fresheners to hang up and it was better, but it had mold on the walls, otherwise it was a clean place had a nice balcony, and the pools were spectacular, including the waterpark for my grandson. But one shower had no hot water, it was run down and the smell was not good:( I would stay on the property again but not that condo due to the condition and check in was a pain , as you get your key from somewhere else down the road, it took...

« Nink is the best possible host. She is friendly, uber- responsive, and smart.Location was great for my purposes, with the BTS, and avgreat night market nearby.I was using one bedroom to sleep and another for work. The air conditioning worked well everywhere except the bedroom I was sleeping in. Nink had repair people out twice, and while it was never repaired, I went ahead and gave five stars because I also rent properties and sometimes, stuff happens. She could not have been better about...
