« We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again! »

« The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and amenities were nice, so is the location. The bed was very comfortable. My only problem with the property is that it wasn’t very clean - our bedroom’s AC was full of mold, the bedroom smelled damp, and the shower also had some moldy spots. »

You can not turn the heat on and fix the issue either cause it’s a boiler system . « I had read reviews about this hotel recently, say it was clean and looked new renovated. We stayed on the 7th floor, definitely NOT renovated. Dirty carpet, dirty lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people wandering around, street were dirty and I didn’t feel safe. The hotel room it self was quiet. We slept and left right away. Would never stay here again! »

« The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells! »
