« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« The pool was broken. We were told it would be fixed in two days so we decided to continue our check in… 6 days later it was never fixed. No one cared. Our sink was broken in the bathroom we told front desk several times they said maintenance was on the way and no one ever fixed it… 6 days without a sink! The bathroom door handle was broken so that was fun trying to convince my three and six year olds to stay calm while we tried to pry the door open also. Breakfast had a good variety. Social...

« Room was dirty and it smelled moldy. Floors were sticky it needed to be swept. food all under the table. Found 2 roaches in the room. Inside the bathroom floors water was coming out from underneath when you would step on the floor. »
