« We had dinner at Social. Ordered food, which was cold (tacos) and when we told bartender/server she just shrugged it off. She had another bar customer who sent food back twice. The kitchen was the problem but she should've been more accommodating. »

« I booked a stay for five nights. After the first night, housekeeping took all of my husband's medication, his charger, his shoes, and his personal hygiene items—claiming they threw them in the trash. I don't understand why they would do that; since I had a five-night reservation, their only job was to clean, not to take personal belongings. »

« Large room but very small bathroom. They could enlarge it. Shower much too low. Would be good for 5 foot people. Lighting insufficient at entrance of the room. Quiet location (no football game) and walls seems soundproof because I slept well. Room is smelling terribly bad. Although smoking in the room is forbidden by law since 2010, the smoke smell is still there. Renovation (not only paint) is needed to solve that problem. »

« The music from the bar across the street was so loud you could feel and hear the bass in our room. We were told it would end by 10 which it didn’t! The pillows were literally 12x12 in. The breakfast choices were a waffle or a frozen jimmy dean breakfast sandwich. Disappointed. »

The pool area had garbage and stuff on the ground. It seemed to never have been picked up and the tables always dirty. Not wiped down after people had sat and eaten at them.
