Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind review. Delft is indeed expensive with parking, it is an option to park outside the center and come with public transport. We would love to have a 24H reception, but our hotel is to small to offer this. We alway do our best to offer the best service we have during opening hours. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our facilities and their proximity to ensure our guests are well-informed before booking. In response to your note requesting a ground floor room, we promptly contacted you directly to inform you that the room was on the second floor with no elevator access, as also stated in the room type description. We clearly pointed out to you that because of your booking in the annex building where there is no reception we cannot help you with the luggage either. Therefore we had proposed to change your booking to a room in the main building, you did not want this and then we informed you again about all the necessary information and insisted that it would be better to take a room in the hotel. While we did offer to assist with modifying your reservation to accommodate your preferences, we understand your decision to keep the booking as is. Despite our efforts to provide you with timely and clear information, we regret to read in your review that you expressed a complaint about an issue of which you were aware. We are pleased to hear that you found our staff at the main hotel to be accommodating and friendly. Your kind words will be shared with our team.
