The only drawback was the laundry facility was down. I understand they’re replacing the equipment so that’s a positive for our next visit there cause we have stayed here multiple times. « I booked an accessible room with the roll in shower and when I showed up, they did not have a roll in shower available and they had already rented out the I was supposed to have. The front desk was very helpful and trying to find me another room and they said that the room would not be charged to my card, but it still has been and I have not received a refund yet. »

I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. « I reserved three rooms at a very reasonable rate. All the rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. I especially appreciated the walk-in showers as we had two members of our party with a disability. I didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but I was told it was satisfactory Overall,, it’s definitely a worthwhile stay if you need a place in Austin just a little outside some of the busier areas. »
