« This was a great location for our family vacation. We really loved being able to walk right down to the main lift from our condo. The condo is clean, and management is so fast to respond to any questions. I recommend paying for access to the main lodge pool / hot tub as they are outside and have great views. My only ask is to put a couple of pillow cases in the closet for use on the pull out sofa bed. We would stay here again! »

« Solid lodging option. Very convenient to skiing and other Purg activities. Good wifi and everything thing else needed was there. The interior was nice, with some aspects becoming dated but not to the point of being a problem. Two related cons. The entry door is in the bedroom and it has a SIGNIFICANT draft. « This loft style apartment is in the center of it all in downtown Durango and it's on the first floor so you don't have to haul your stuff upstairs!! « Clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Host kind of forgot we were checking in, but was able to make the remaining of the check in over the phone and the general stay seamless and accommodating. Especially enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and sauna. We were the only guests at that time. Two locals helped us around the property including breakfast, recommendations, and general conversation. Overall loved it, the town, and will stay again! »

« Very Good Condo location within Cascade Village. The condo has a great view of the mountains to the east. The unit was very quiet with no road noise or any noise that we noticed from the other units in the building. Garage parking underneath the building is convenient.
