« Great hotel. Staff made us feel welcome. They were all super nice. Emily at the rooftop bar was amazing. Gave us us gerat suggestions. The room was clean. The pool was great. Location was pretty good. »

« As a historic property there are some limitations on space and amenities. Nevertheless, the property is located in the heart of Gatlinburg and quite convenient. What really makes it special is its warm and welcoming staff. This includes those who prepare an enjoyable breakfast buffet each morning. »

« Hotel is in a terrific location water park is always a hit with the kids. They had some issues with leaking water pipes they are in the process of repairing; so the ceilings are different colors but didn't effect us just wasn't as nice when you look up. I'm sure they'll get that taken care of before our next visit. »

« The area was gorgeous and the room was nice. The property was a bit older but it had a creek running along the property and we actually got to see a beautiful black bear grazing along the creek bed! We will be back for sure! »

« I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton. »

« Personally expected a little more from this Marriott and the price/night.We & our overseas friends got 2 rooms/king size beds. The rooms were clean, but the bed& other furniture placement left little room for one person to get in/off the bed. The bathroom sink in one of the rooms was clogged. A little disappointed with the toiletries provided. The shower gel, shampoo& conditioner were fine but no shower cap, shoe polish & other small convenience items found at other hotels (only small size body...
