« When I arrived I was informed the pool was being repaired. Had I known that prior to booking, I would have made other arrangements. I requested maid service on day two of three which never occurred. Thereâs a weird mini fridge vs the standard hotel fridge and no ice machine available besides the bar.
I love the fact they renovated this property, but a few kinks can be worked out. »

« Une trÚs belle chambre, trÚs spacieuse, mais pas ménage léger pourtant prévu, alors que nous étions sur place 3 jours (nous avons dû demander à l'accueil des serviettes neuves). Enfin, l'hÎtesse de réception a qui nous avons le plus souvent à faire était trÚs désinvolte et faisait son job au minimum. Par exemple, elle n'a pas eu le professionnalisme de nous expliquer au téléphone que la navette gratuite entre l'hotel et le centre ville ne reviendrait pas nous chercher. Ca à un peu gùché notre...

Room was just a big larger than the bed, impossible to get the tv working (netflix, etc...), same for the coffee machine in the room.
