„All good“

Modernes Bad“

„Our stay was a real mix of great service and some pretty weird infrastructure fails. The location is absolutely excellent, and the airport transfers worked out perfectly. The suites are huge and well-equipped with two TVs and a microwave, though there were no slippers. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable, and the amenities provided were clearly high quality. The staff really saved the day—Camilla at reception was so welcoming, Piter gave amazing local tips, and Alexander at ...

„Excellent service, great location, nice room and bed and overall a very positive experience and really good value for money.“

„Small, cozier hotel with very good breakfast, and easy taxi access for getting around. “

„Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location and very friendly stuff. Will definitely stay here when I’m back in Bogota next time. “

„nettes Personal und bestes Frühstück weit und breit“

„We requested a quiet room and the lady at the reception confirmed that the room will be nicely quiet. Unfortunately, this was far from the reality as the room was facing the intersection of two major streets, and the windows have very poor sound proofing. Also with the help of earplugs we were unable to sleep. Never had such a bad experience in any hotel worldwide. Room amenities were good, but with several defects here and there. Shower door didn’t close, so water went to the entire bathroom. ...

„Very good location in Bogota. Nice rooms. Very nice executive lounge with great food and amazing staff. Bellboys always smiling and friendly. Great gym. Reception staff very stubborn and not interested in finding a solution for problems. VAT was included in the expedia booking. Hotel staff insisted on paying anyway. Expedia reimbursed us this quick and customer friendly. THANKS EXPEDIA. All suites are to a very very noisy road. Bring earplugs“

Sehr sichere Umgebung. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich “
