« One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in at Blackpool so far and I've stayed in a few over the years! The breakfast wasn't cooked but there was no waiting time, plenty of choice and easier for kids to navigate themselves. I would definitely recommend and will be back myself! »

« Was slightly upset on afew things such as read they had wheelchair accessible parking for 6 i think but had no disabled bays cars parked in free for all had to leave keys at reception incase needed to be moved. Also said step free entrance which was also not the case and struggled to get to entrance for how cars were parked. Bed seemed like a small double which was rock hard next morning stripped the bed as we always do and wish hadnt when we see the state of the covers.and flooring very uneven....

« Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. This might be only an issue in one room however. Runway is very handy...

« I've stayed at Gracelands Guest House 3 nights and it was perfect! The situation (4mn walking from the coach station), the bed (very comfortable) , the color of the painting in my room (pink! I love pink!!) and most of all Tony the owner of the hotel! Very helpful and friendly. I recommend Gracelands Guest House »

« The entrance is not very secure. Anyone could get into the hotel. The stairs to reception are very tired, stained carpet, needs a makover. Had an issue with my room, the staff moved me to a new room straight away. The room was fine, clean bedding, good pillows, tv, bathroom clean, fluffy towels. Guy on reception was really helpful. The entrance and stairs really let the hotel down. Its in a really good location overlooking the sea. But was a bit noisy from nearby pubs, but nothing major. »
