„We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again.“

"The hotel was great, very clean, very good service and a good condition of the room. Unfortunately it is very difficult to sleep in the rooms on the side away from Yale on Friday and Saturday nights. There were a lot of loud noises from parties and car meets. The restaurant and the bar offer a good service and tasty food. "
