« The water was shut off for about one hour and we were not told anything about it. We had to use our bottled water to rinse out the shampoo in our hair. That was a huge disappointment. We were getting ready for a concert and had zero warning until we asked »

Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids. »

« Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...

« Le voisinage n'est pas recommandable. Il y a des consommateurs de drogues et des gens douteux qui errent aux alentours de l'hôtel. Le réceptionniste de l'hôtel a fait appel à la police pour surveiller les alentours. Il a été tres collaboratif pour surveiller et sécuriser nos motocyclettes. »
