« the facility was old and out dated, there was supposed to have breakfast for us and they did not, during the night is was noise in the room and a light outside the room kept the room lite during the night. bed was uncomfortable »

« Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but had a dank smell. Surrounding guests were quite loud and unruly throughout all hours of the day and night. »

« The best part was Elliot’s Grill and Bar on premises. Quiet property until you open the door to the grill - wow! Full of people, laughing and socializing, $7 large mixed drinks, such a friendly and lively place! Room was clean and sufficient, not luxurious but fine. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. This is the place to stay if you are visiting the New River Gorge area of WV. »

« Nice hotel on the outskirts of town near I-64. Several restaurants nearby. The hotel has a large fitness area and indoor pool plus an outdoor patio area with fire pits. »

« If you're looking for somewhere to sleep for the night and aren't too picky this is actually a five-star just on basics it was clean it was safe it was comfortable but if you're picky you need to go to one of the more high-end hotels but the price is right so you get what you pay for and I feel that I got a great deal for what I paid all I needed to do was sleep parking was good it was safe everything that you need is within 5 minutes drive or walking distance so this is like my probably ninth...

« Renee at the front desk when we arrived was super friendly and went over the property amenities. The facility is practically brand new and was very clean. We slept great in 324 and we were greeted by the cleaning staff as we departed. Will stay again! »

« Although the clerk on arrival was very quiet, the staff in general was very friendly. Breakfast options were good and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot chocolate, coffee, and tea in the lobby upon arrival. »

« They claimed to have a restaurant when i booked the room.This is why i picked them because all the other hotels had breakfast included which have low grade food.I thought the breakfast should be better.It was not.The food at breakfast was low quality,very disappointing,,had trouble eating it ,I expected better than paying for such poor quality food.For this reason I would never stay there again or recommmend it to anyone.I felt misled and cheated.The room and hotel however was a good experience...
