« We've been here twice before and everything was excellent. This time it was new owners and sad to say, it wasn't excellent. There were a lot of little dead bugs on the window sill and a long hair on the tub (I have short hair). The lamps by the bed wouldn't light up a closet much less the room. The blinds on the door and window had to be adjusted manually (no twirl stick) and at that, they didn't close completely. They have a lounge/restaurant but it wasn't open. « My stay at Sandaway was totally awesome. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing vacation this is the place for you. My favorite part is the beach view. Sitting by the beach and hearing the sound of the waves and the birds and watching the wanter was heavenly. The staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. I needed assistance with my AC and they came in immediately and helped me with it. Having a pot of coffee at my door with a bag of goodies was a special treat. »

« We must have been in the oldest room. Carpet that needed replacing, weird angle in the room, bathroom that also had weird angle near toilet and not long enough shower pane. The air up to the 3rd floor was broken so it was brutal walking up to the top. It's not up the hype. We will not be back. We still paid a lot of money to stay here and it was not up to standard. »
