Checking in, staff great. The gentleman checking us in was very detailed and nice. The ladies serving the breakfast were extremely nice and always made sure the dinning room was clean and had enough food. The rooms were ok, our carpet had stains and a bit dusty, one of the closet door was completely torn down, just leaning against the other door on the inside. Our iron didn’t work at all, it ended up burning one of shirts. Our tub took forever for the water to drain. The second room we had, we found roaches and ants.

This was my second time staying here. This time around floor upstairs was noisy. Seems someone has a heavy foot. Check in for some quiet time but this time it wasn't as quiet as the first time. I hope next time I could get a room in the third floor.

The property was within walking and driving distances to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The pool and gym were clean and in working condition. The breakfast was excellent ( it would be nice to have turkey sausages).. The vending machines have many options and good prices.

The property is a reasonable price. Stores and restaurants are within walking and driving distances. The property is clean. The pool and gym ( work out room) are clean and open to customers. The breakfast has many options. The food is good. The vending machines have many options, and are reasonably priced.

the room was super dirty, sheets had children’s hands on them, doors and walls were covered with hand prints of adults/children, there was red stuff all over the walls, and the people next door were so loud it was almost impossible to get any sleep but the staff were super helpful and the overall building was clean and very well put together

We have stayed at this hotel probably 10 ten times over the years Just to unwind and get away. This stay was much different. We were greeted by Adomena who was fantastic. We had a suite with a seperate bedroom. The heat did not work in the bedroom. My husband could not get into the pool area with our key card. The micowave and refrigerator stopped working. Twice we were told someone would be up to look at it. So, we just made the other part of the room very warm to make up for the bedroom heat not working. Our room was right off the stairs and very noisy. There must have been some type of girls state tournament going on, due to the amount of teenage girls in the hotel. These girls were verbally and physcially fighting in the parking lot for at least an hour. I am not sure where the parents were, but finally the police came and they all had to leave the hotel. When checking out I reminded the clerk of all the things wrong in our room. There was no apology and no apology for all the noise from the fighting. I know it wasn't the hotels fault for the fighting but they could have apologized for it. Very disappointing visit. Will not visit again

I feel like staff is incapable of extending a little more courtesy. Even when asking management if I can check in a night early(there were rooms available) is not possible without two seperate charges, a rate hike, and more incidental fees. Just for myself. After I paid all the extra money, I was booked into a room at the end of the hall. The 5 proceeding rooms were filled with children that played, Lord of the flies, for two days. Stressful. Fantastic level of cleanliness in my room.

When we got there, I was told that the suite that I booked on Expedia was not available, and that I would have to be in a regular 2 queen bed room. I said I needed the suite since it sleeps 6. Immediately, he said "Oh well I guess I do have one but there's only one TV." Not sure what that was all about. Pool was gross. Clumps of hair everywhere. The water was super murky, and the water also didn't smell right. We do a lot of hotel stays, and this was one of the worst pools I've seen. After our bathing suits dried, they all had a really bad smell from the pool water. Fridge in the room didn't work, but they fixed it in a timely manner. The room was DIRTY. Toilet hadn't been cleaned in quite a bit. Gum wrapper on the ledge above the bed, along with a THICK layer of dust. Floor in the bathroom was dirty. Some kind of brown liquid splattered on the wall. Tons of garbage between the wall and the stand that the Fridge/microwave sat on. Something sticky was smeared all over the desk that the phone sat on. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and make you own waffles, along with some other stuff. The normal breakfast you'd find at a hotel like that. Despite everything, I will say the staff was very nice and accommodating, we never encountered anyone that was rude. No noise complaints, either. This place just really needs a cleaning.

1st day pool was filthy, they closed the pool during hours of service. Leaving our vacation with no indoor swiming almost to checkout. Pool still was filthy even after being closed and supposedly cleaned. Had ants in room.
