It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. « The air conditioning was two window units and they worked very well, we ended up turning off the living room because it was kind of chilly. The one in the bedroom was a bit loud. Well decorated, perfect for our one night attending a wedding at the Dayton Art Institute. Perfect for a couple. The Art on the walls and mature plants both inside and out added to the experience. Cute, historic neighborhood. Nice outdoor area. Attentive property manager. »

"HĂŽtel excellent, trĂšs trĂšs propre, qui sent bon dĂšs l'arrivĂ©e dans le hall ainsi que quand on ouvre la chambre. ExtrĂȘmement calme, un bonheur pour bien rĂ©cupĂ©rer la nuit, quand on fait un Roadtrip. Petit dĂ©jeuner complet avec sucrĂ© et salĂ©. Hors des heures de petit dĂ©jeuner, il reste Ă  disposition : couvert, fruits, cĂ©rĂ©ales, yaourts, beurre et cream cheese. Toujours les boissons chaudes dans le hall (thĂ©, cafĂ© et chocolat chaud) et un distributeur d'eau fraĂźche avec des rondelles de citrons. Pour la chambre, lit trĂšs confortable, nous avions la 103 avec un canapĂ© en plus. Le nĂ©cessaire de toilette avec aussi du conditionner et du lait pour le corps. Il y a une sortie sur le cĂŽtĂ©, pas loin de notre chambre, pratique pour charger et dĂ©charger les valises, sans traverser tout le couloir. Piscine et salle de sport que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester. Plusieurs choix de restauration autour de l'hĂŽtel ainsi qu'une station essence. Nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter."
