« Nice place and convenient location. Better than continental breakfast - eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, etc - all in the breakfast area. Took 1 star off because our safe was "locked open" and could not be used. We had to make alternate arrangements instead. Yes, just an inconvenience but if you're counting on using it, better ask if working before committing to a particular room. »

« The place is charming with high ceilings and big windows, and we even had a fireplace in the room. I am not sure if it works or if we were allowed to use it. it was summer anyway. However, there was no microwave in the room or the hotel as a whole, and there was no ice machine, the kind of things that you would need at a hotel.
The hotel had a parking lot in the back, which is a great amenity when the hotel is in a kind of a busy area (not to say that anywhere in Clinton, MI is busy!)...
