Home away from home with our furry pets.

We immediately felt at home away from home and our pets settled in immediately. Location is very convenient to grocery, dining and the Merritt Island Wildlife Reserve(MIWR) which was the purpose of our trip. The rainfall shower and hot tub were a welcome treat. The kitchen was equipped and offered everyting needed. Our stay was short but we will definitely return when visiting the MIWR. Thank you Sean and family for a wonderful 2 day retreat.

Great place for 2.

We came home to Titusville for a family wedding. It was just my husband and me and the duplex was a great fit for us. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was fully stocked. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. We were very happy with our accommodations. Sean checked in with us half way through our stay to make sure all was good. We liked the location next to Vine & Olive as were able to walk over in the evening for a drink.

Indian River Escape A+++ GreatNess

Sean and family are fantastic to rent from. This property had all things needed to live. I stayed at this location for one month and have nothing but good things to express. The hosts were respectful, helpful, timely and all around great to have to communication with if needed. I will always HIGHLY recommend this property to ANY and all of my family that come to visit me in Titusville Fl! Thank you Both Again So VERY much!

All was good except the last night

I had to call to get the access code for the lock from the start. When we arrived, everything was good except the last night we were there. My wife works from 3pm to 12 and she arrived at the unit at 1am, the lock was dead and she was not able to get inside. She then called me at work which I work 10pm to 6:30 in Orlando stating that she was locked out. I then emailed Sean which took a couple hours to reply and explained what had happen. He stated that to try different things to try to get inside when he replied, by this time I left work at 2am to get back to the unit to try for myself, but was unable to get in. I called my wife to see where she had gone and she went to the river to try and sleep. I met up with her at the river and Sean responded to say he was on his way and that the battery in the lock was dead, he said he was 40 minutes away, he stated to try the front door as he opened the dead bolt remotely, I did give it a try and I finally got in around 5am. I did try to let Sean know that I got in but forgot to hit the send button, (my mistake). This would have been a better review if it was not for the last night, I lost 5 hours of work and had a couple more hours to vacate, as far as staying in this unit again, the last night and no apology was given, so I will not be staying again

Great for couples!

We loved it. It was nice and quiet. And very clean!. The decor is cute, homey, peaceful, and not overly "beachy" themed. The shower rain head (with a spray head) was wonderful. The coffee maker was a great (and thoughtful) touch. There are apartments across the street, but they were nice and quiet (even on the weekend). All in all; i definitely plan to stay there again when I go to visit my family.

Great apartment with views of rocket launch

This is a really nice one bedroom unit with a lot of space and also great area for working. The communication with Sean was fast and wonderful. And you can walk outside the door to see the Space X rocket launches! Close to everything also.

Loved the property. Just right for us. The location was perfect with a great restaurant just a two minute walk. We had a hiccup with the entry code due to an internet blip but the owner was incredibly attentive and we were not inconvenienced. The kitchen was perfect for us - the bedroom and parlor perfect for a duo. If we were Goldilocks it was the bed that was just right. I’m going to look for the table regardless has the internet port right in it for our home because it was so handy when I worked on my laptop. I would absolutely stay here again. Oh and the people of Titusville- and the people we met who were not from Titusville - absolutely 5 stars. ****The restaurant that we most loved which was the two minute walk is Vine & Olive. Not inexpensive but very good.

Weekend getaway to Space

My husband and I came up for a weekend trip to the Kennedy Space Center and this place wss PERFECT! The location was great, it was spotless, and you can tell the property is maintained. The process was easy and the property owners were very friendly. They also went the extra mile with complimentary toiletries and specialty flavored teas and coffees. It was perfect!

Fantastic Stay by the Water

This was a great stay. From check in to when we left everything was exactly as described. Clean with lots of room. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Close to shopping and the beach we wanted to go to. There are parks within walking distance. We didn’t try the hot tub as it was not installed yet. The back yard had a new grill and seating. We did not use due to a time constraint but hopefully can come back soon and do so. There were new bikes available. Overall a great stay.

Fantastic Home!

My boyfriend and our dog stayed the night in this beautiful home the weekend of Mother’s Day. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. The hosts provided everything we could need and our stay was wonderful. We will be back!!
