An added perk we didn’t even realize until arriving was that this house is associated with the Awa hotel brand and you get all the perks of the hotel that is within a 5 minute walk. « We are very grateful for our 6 day stay in this peaceful studio. It was easy to check in and out, the kitchenette has everything (but a hot plate which we didn’t need). We appreciated a full jug of safe water, great shower, beautiful grounds with dappled shade and several hammocks. Several species of birds in the gated open tree covered area made spending time outside pleasant. We used our shaded porch a lot as well. « Host was very attentive and helpful (arranged taxi, early cleaning). Unit and grounds are nice and quiet. Downsides: badly damaged kitchen tiles, king bed had queen-size sheet and only two pillows, initially short on towels, two beach towels smelled, and the location is far from the city/not walkable—we spent over $120 USD on taxis. Good service, but unit needs better maintenance and clearer location expectations. »
