From the basket of towels and sandals for the hot tub, to the welcome book full of local food and fun, you can tell they really care if their guests enjoys their stay! Everything was super clean and cozy. And we absolutely loved all the movie and sports decor. 10/10! »

« Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others! »

« We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. »

« Lovely house with plenty of room to spread out and well situated for everything we wanted to do, including Jamestown, Busch Gardens, and William and Mary. The pool was a huge bonus and we enjoyed all the little touches like toilet paper, paper towels, and keurig cups. The kitchen was well stocked and parking was simple. We would come back! »

« Beautiful and spacious home with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable as was the living room and dining room furniture. The kitchen was stocked with cookware to prepare any meal you might want. »

« Lovely home, our family felt very comfortable there. In a perfect location for us, not too far from everything yet not right in the middle of the chaos of the town, close to breakfast and a store. We will definitely stay again next time we're in the area. Bonus the host had everything stocked that I forgot, like coffee and creamerthank you. »

« We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting super comfortable accommodations while escaping busy life and spending quality time with their family. This house is absolutely beautiful and the views from the upstairs and main deck are incredible. We brought kayaks and put them in off the shorefront. Lots of fishing! The living room area is perfect for the entire family to watch a movie in the evening. The kitchen is equipt with everything you need and large enough for everyone to join...

« We had a short weekend stay for a baseball tournament and this lovely house did not disappoint. Walked in to chocolates, snacks, and more! Secluded and quiet. Big yard for our pup to enjoy. Games for family downtime. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again! »

« This house was perfect for our family reunion. We had ages ranging from older adults to six years old and everyone commented about how they loved this house. The owners are very communicative and set up the sleeping arrangements perfectly. It’s ideally situated to do all the fun things around and we would definitely stay here again! »
