„My wife and I had the breakfast and dinner package and everything tasted amazing. The pool and lamdscaping areas were gorgeous. Our only issue was that the room and bathroom need to be updated. The shower we had was extremely tiny and narrow. There wasnt ventilation in the bathroom area either. The room did not have sufficient electrical outlets and had no usb ports. „We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.“

„Awesome oceanview, very nice. We visited this hotel during low-season (March/April). Service level is reduced since almost no customers. However, the staff did what they could to offer well crafted drinks and arrange taxi pickup service.
The place itself has come into years of service. A general renovation of several details such as floor tiles, lights, bath ventilation needs to be upgraded.“

„Leider etwas zum Zentrum abgelegen, aber fast alles ist im Hotel erhältlich, Fernseher funktionieren aber nicht mit Programmen, tolles veraltetes Hotel mit einer großartigen Anlage über mehrere Ebenen mit pools und Sitzecken im Grünen und einem wunderbaren Privatstrand. „Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Room was large, but the shower stall was a bit small. Would suggest a little shelf to store foodstuff. Otherwise, the pool was lovely, breakfast was delicious and well portioned. Staff were friendly and accommdating. Jay, Kirby, Joshua and the chef were all very friendly and helpful. „Wir (Mama + 2 ältere Mädchen) hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Da wir vor der Hauptsaison Anfang Juli dort waren und sowohl die Deutschen als auch Trinis erst Ende Juli / August Urlaub haben, konnten wir dieses traumhafte Resort fast für uns alleine genießen. „I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again! Staff were extremely helpful and willing to cater to you. Perfect location and the end of Buccoo board walk with Sophia’s bakery and a shop less than a minute’s walk. Only negatives were no kitchen available for use (was given a bowl when asked), and room service didn’t take the bin out. But overall, I’m glad I chose to stay here and will return!“

„The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. “

„Ein Hotel das in die jahre gekommen ist. Man merkt, dass viele Dinge nicht instand gesetzt werden. Die Rezeption war häufig mit dem Hinweis besetzt "will be back in 5 min". Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereir, Preise im Restaurant viel zu teuer dafür Frühstück nur Standard“

„We loved it here! The location is perfect, less then 1 minute from the beach - and the local minimarked, reataurants and small shops are practically next door. The hotel room was quite large, with a kitchen area and plenty of space in the bathroom as well. Quiet and effective aircon, lots of hot water and comfortable beds. Very good value for money.
