Aurora Pines is set up to feel comfortable, easy, and welcoming from the moment you arrive.

The main living areas are designed for relaxing together, with comfortable seating, fast Wi-Fi, and TVs throughout the home. Every room has its own mini-split heating and cooling system, so guests can adjust their space to a comfortable temperature year-round.

The kitchen is fully equipped for real meals and longer stays, with cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, condiments, olive oil, and everyday essentials. We also provide dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies, and other basics so you don’t have to bring your whole house with you.

Our brand-new game room is one of the highlights of the home and gives everyone a place to have fun together. Enjoy pool, ping pong, board games, cards, and puzzles — perfect for family nights, rainy days, or relaxing after a day exploring the Poconos.

You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer, with laundry pods provided for your stay.

Outside, enjoy the hot tub, smokeless fire pit, and Weber grill — great for slow mornings, family cookouts, and relaxing evenings under the Pocono sky.

We’ve tried to think through the little details throughout the house so you can arrive, settle in, and start enjoying your trip right away.

Guests will have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces during their stay, including the hot tub, game room, kitchen, laundry area, fire pit, and grill.

Aurora Pines is located in a gated community, so all vehicles and drivers must be registered before arrival for gate access.

Parking is available at the property for up to **4 vehicles**. Please keep all vehicles in the designated driveway/parking area and avoid parking on the road or neighboring properties.

Private Vehicle and Busses

Aurora Pines is located in a private gated community, which helps make the area feel peaceful and comfortable during your stay.

Before arrival, we’ll ask for a few simple details for each vehicle and driver so we can help make gate access as smooth as possible. Guests should have a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration available when entering the community.

If you’d like to enjoy the community amenities, such as pools, boating, or other recreation areas, some may require separate registration or an additional guest fee. We’ll share the details with you ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect.

Because Aurora Pines is part of a residential community, we simply ask that guests enjoy the home while being mindful of our neighbors, especially when it comes to noise and parking.
