„Perfect for us…3 retired couples looking to “get away” and spend some fun times together! We had chef Brenda make our dinner on our arrival day with a charcuterie board as well… all delicious! Dinner at the Tides Inn the next night, excellent as well ! Shopped at Dandelion and the Antique Mall. Wish it wasn’t so hot out but that’s just the way it was…couldn’t spend time outside but we had wine and played games! Maria responds quickly if needed. We would definitely stay again!“

WE love the 30 second walk to the beach and the calm water of the bay! The local environment is also beautiful...especially the towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock and the local marinas. „This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. The water doesn’t have many waves, but we tied a party size float to part of the dock and all the kids, ages 10-19, loved our time there. Since I’m the first review, I think I might be the first ...

„Nice private property, nice modern house. Our family had a great time. Water from shoreline is shallow and you are able to walk out a considerable length depending on tide. Great for swimming and crabbing. Owner was responsive and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this property to all for a quiet saltwater getaway.“
