➜ The living area has a cozy couch and a smart TV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube.

➜ Bedrooms 1 & 2 both feature a Queen size bed.

➜ A clean and bright bathroom with shower & bathtub combination.

➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and towels.

➜ In-unit washer and dryer for guests' use.

➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guest will have access to the entire unit, NOT including the building's amenities. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.



The Neighborhood:

Riverdale is the gateway to Toronto’s east-end neighbourhoods. It is a large and diverse community that is especially well known for its colourful shopping districts and quaint Victorian homes. This is a high density urban neighbourhood that is also blessed with an abundance of parkland where one can escape the hustle and bustle of big city living. Riverdale Park is one of the largest green spaces in the city. It’s steep hills are a favourite of tobogganers. Withrow Park is a neighbourhood hub and meeting



Getting Around:

This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot.

Riverdale is an also ideal location for commuters. The Don Valley Expressway, Lake Shore Boulevard, and the Gardiner Expressway are all quickly accessed from this neighbourhood. Riverdale also has excellent access to public transit. There is regular bus service or streetcar service on Broadview, Carlaw, Jones and Greenwood Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets. The Bloor-Danforth subway has five stations serving Riverdale, including Broadview, Chester, Pape, Donlands, and Greenwood.



Other Things to Note:

➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➤ A lot of construction is happening around the building, sometimes it gets noisy.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
