Gatherings & Noise: This space is perfect for relaxing, but strict building rules apply. We allow small gatherings of up to 6 people on the terrace, but absolutely no parties. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

Guest Limit: Maximum of 4 guests to stay overnight.

Smoking: Permitted strictly on the outdoor terrace only (please use the provided ashtrays).

Safety: For your security and to protect the outdoor amenities, there is one exterior security camera pointed strictly at the BBQ and patio seating area.
