NO SMOKING inside the unit, on the balcony, or on the terrace.
NO PARTIES.
NO PETS.
No more than the maximum occupancy listed in the description is allowed on the premises.
The unit is equipped with a monitoring device called Alertify. It measures dB volume levels and detects cigarette smoke to alert the host of prohibited activities such as smoking or parties. If the device is disconnected or sends a notification of a violation, the incident will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction from the property through Airbnb.
Only guests over 25 years of age are allowed to book this property. Proof of ID will be requested after the reservation is confirmed.
Please note the following fees:
• Misplacement of garage fob — $300
• Misplacement of keys — $100
• Significant wall scuffs from luggage or careless use of the space — $200 repainting fee, documented with photos
• Unauthorized or unpaid early check-in / late check-out — $50 for every 15 minutes
Our housekeeping team is on a strict schedule and needs the full turnover time to prepare the home for the next guests. Please respect the approved check-in and check-out times.
This unit is intended strictly for short-term vacation rental use only and, under no circumstances, may be used as a long-term principal residence or tenancy under the Landlord and Tenant Board framework.
