« My son cut his foot in process of glass inside of the closet when he was building a fort. It happened on Valentine’s Day.. he had to be rushed to the ER and He had to get stitches! »

« TV kept freezing or flickering. Smoking area was right outside the side door so it smelled like smoke. Craftsmanship (paint job etc) in the bathroom was poorly done. Unacceptable for the price of the hotel. »

« Great weekend get away! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and the free valet parking was a nice touch. Only part of this stay I would not recommend was the fine dining restaurant. The service was very good but the food couldn’t compare to other fine dining restaurants we’ve been to. That said, we would book this again! »

« Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom. »

« The room was nasty, the shower was dirty, pretty sure there was crap on the side of my toilet, not to mention all the problems had while trying to check in. Will not be going back here! »

« Room was exceptionally clean. Hotel and property were safe. Staff were excellent! Laura at the front desk was very helpful and Shandi put together one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Seriously. Banana nut bread waffle batter! Pigs in a blanket! Omelette! Sausage links! Scones! Healthy options as well. Keep up the good work Hampton Inn. 💋 »
