„Ich und meine Schwester waren sehr entäuscht über underen 2 Wöchigen Aufenthalt im 4 Stern Albergo Palazzo.
- Dusche kann nur ganz kalt bedient werden (es gibt auch kein Lauwarm)
- Balkontüren werden bei 35 Grad von Putzpersonal offengelassen
- Klimaanlage läuft 24/7, keine Möglichkeit diese auszuschalten
- an manchen Tagen riecht die Luft aus der Klimaanlage nach Fäkalien, einmal hat das komplette Hotel danach gerochen
- Wc Schüssel läuft unten am Boden aus
- leider ist das Personal auch nicht ...
