« Prior to my arrival, all communication with the hosts was fast and friendly. The hosts both met me at the gate and gave me a warm welcome. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and filled with homey touches that put this weary traveler at ease. Orvieto is a gorgeous place and did not have the oppressive crowds of fellow tourists that I encountered in the cities, even in November. My mistake was not to plan to stay there longer.
