Charming building in a preserved rural setting with swimming pool and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms...between Toulouse and Revel (35 minutes) This holiday cottage is ideally located for visiting Toulouse, Albi, and Carcassonne! Come and discover the Lauragais countryside and the Toulouse region in this cottage situated in a partially enclosed 1-hectare park. Located on the ground floor of a section of the main house, it is attached to the owners' residence and two guest rooms. A swimming pool (10x5m) is shared with the other guests from June 15th to September 15th. A ping-pong table is also available for shared use. The cottage comprises: an entrance hall, a large living room, a separate kitchen with a dining area, and two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a single bed (90cm) on a small mezzanine accessible via a Japanese-style staircase, plus an open-plan bathroom and separate WC); and the other with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed), with an en-suite shower room/WC. Electric heating. Toulouse ring road 16km, Saint-Orens shopping center 15km. The cottage is open year-round. Private access, garden, and terrace. Pets are not allowed.
