« We needed a dog friendly place to base our New River Gorge trip and this fit the bill. Plenty of room and everything went smoothly. No dishwasher so you'll have to hand wash any dishes you use but that's not a huge issue. The window unit air conditioners worked well enough we were quite comfortable.I would add that you are parking in front of the left hand garage door but you are staying in the main house. The keypad is on the back sun room door. »

« We enjoyed a relaxing retreat that is truly an "almost heaven" experience. The cabin was just the right size for our group of four plus two dogs, and was neat, tidy and well-equipped. « The apartment was exactly as listed. We found it to be the perfect place to stay for our visit to the New River Gorge. Very quiet, very clean without the use of scents. We are sensitive to fabric softeners and other similar products. The couch and king-size mattress were very comfortable after a long day of hiking.Would stay again. »

« This home is as advertised and appeared newly renovated. Was beautifully done and had all the necessities provided (shower products, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish detergent and sponges, laundry detergent, trash bags and some spices. Host is communicative. Home is 10 minutes from New River Gorge visitors center and 30 minutes from Summerville Lake. « Most unique property! Very warm and inviting when we arrived-felt more like arriving at a friends house vs a rental property. Location was perfect for walking around town to restaurants and shops. Short drive to white water rafting and hiking. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend! »

The hosts provided everything and more: towels and linen, soap and shampoo, coffee, small cooking essentials such as nonstick spray, oil, salt & pepper, family games, travel and tourist information.
