« Very kind and helpful staff. Upgraded us to a king from a queen for free because they had extra space. It’s definitely an old property and has a little wear and tear, but every inch of our room was cleaned very well and they had every amenity we needed for our short stay. There are multiple restaurants and stores in walking distance, Walmart is right across the street. It was an ideal location for us, and we felt safe and comfortable. « We were visiting in town to visit some family in Yuba City and found this hotel that was perfect for a weekend stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space and all was good. The only down fall there was is that the sink would clog up fast and when trying to see what was as in there’s it look like hairs and mold. As well seen a old molded muffin under one of the tables in the room looks like it had been there for awhile. After leaving the last day I did inform that to the front desk about...

« Our stay was wonderful. Friendly staff, that were helpful and courteous. My only suggestion is to have shirts to sell with the logo of California behind the desk. I would have purchased one…or two. Thank you for a great stay. »

« The hotel was convenient and affordable aside from that there were no towels in the room and when towels were requested, I was told none were available. So if I add in the cost of having to go and buy towels to have a shower, I guess I could have stayed at a nicer place. Lol »

« We tried several times to get ice with no luck and the front desk couldn’t care less. I am handicapped and I was put on the 2nd floor and the elevator broke. We had to move rooms which I could not help. Luckily I was on the ground Floor coming in from the outside pool. Which could use some attention. The tv was streaming so spotty at best.the room was clean but small. The housekeeping staff were great to move all our belongings downstairs. So we appreciated that. Needless to say we will not stay...
