Hôtel près de Trail of Tears National Historic Trail, Springfield, Springfield

« Dans l'ensemble cela aurait pu être bien pour une nuit. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours. L'hôtel est très bruyant : portes qui claquent, isolation sonique très mauvaise entre les chambres, bruits dans le couloir. La literie très très souple à notre goût. Nous avons mal dormi. Sur 4 jours le ménage de la chambre a été fait le dernier jour car j'ai vu la femme de chambre. Pourquoi proposé un ménage quotidien alors que ce n'est pas fait ? A la base ce service est compris dans le prix de l'hôtel. »

« Nothing special as l and not worth the EXTRA $75 they charged me once I got there. No warning about that little gem of a gotcha charge. A basic room across from the gym and bathroom for $375 was ridiculous!! I’ll never stay here again and I’ll warn all who have ears to stay away from this crooked establishment! »

« The main water line was shut off for repairs in the evening, but we were there for a medical procedure and were required to shower that evening. We were unable to d that until after 10pm and had to be back up at 4am to go to the hospital. The room phones did not work so we had to call the desk from our cell phones. Also, the bed has a metal frame and sounded like someone banging on a tin roof every time you turn over or get out of bed. No compensation was offered for the water inconvenience, or...

« Rooms were not clean, also saw baby roaches on my last day here. Cob webs engulfed the place, got there at 2, no rooms ready and then at 3, the room i got was not cleaned. Very disappointing based on the reviews that were within the last month! »
