« AC was not working but hotel staff were great, they brought up two big fans .. »

« I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show. »

« The ladies in the breakfast area were very friendly. Also, the front desk staff was very accommodating for our three Ball State freshman -who were there for orientation to watch their movie Love knight. and order DoorDash at 11 o’clock at night. »

« Very clean, nice rooms. The beds very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bath was well stocked with plenty of towels etc. Breakfast was very well done with many options for different needs. The indoor swimming pool was heated and nice. We had a very pleasant stay and strongly recommend this Inn. »

« Original room had ants and the new one that was attached to it got ants the second day. Water pressure was non existent and we discovered a leak in the lobby so maybe that was why »

« Quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons passer près de 20 minutes avant de trouver notre réservation. La chambre qu'on nous a assigné n'était même pas prête. Il devait avoir une piscine. Mais elle n'était pas en fonction. Le déjeuner n'était pas terrible. Cette hôtel nous avait été assigné par hotel.com suite à une cancelation d'un autre hôtel qui nous à informer qu'il n'y avait plus de place malgré un numéro de réservation. »
