Perfect place for our family trip - 2 adults and 2 young kids! Great location, condo was clean and exactly as pictured, walkable to shops restaurants breweries and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (depending on which one you want to go to). Would highly recommend!

Summer vacay Traverse City

This stay was one of, if not the best VRBOs we've stayed in. There were 4 of us; two 50 yo adults, 2 teen girls. The owner/mgmt company knows what they are doing! Tons of amenities. Everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything. The bathrooms had tons of towels, plenty of toilet paper, and shower gel, shampoo, & conditioner. The condo had extra sheets, blankets, pillowcases, etc. The "house rules" were simply to treat this place like your own. Didn't have to do laundry, didn't have to strip beds, didn't have to do dishes, although we did them anyways. The most important thing to us was the thermostat. No lockout on the thermostat. We could set the thermostat to whatever temperature we were comfortable with. That's amazing! I especially hate when rental properties lock out the thermostat. The A/C worked wonderfully. Turns out we were there during a bit of a heat wave for TC, so the A/C was amazing. Beds were comfortable. We loved the rooftop patio/deck. Plenty of furniture to relax at. Only thing I would suggest to management is a window tint on the rooftop deck door. The heat coming from the window was a lot. Also, not a complaint, just an FYI.. these particular condos have a lot of stairs to go up & down. Just in case anyone reading this has family members/friends that cannot do stairs. All in all this condo was great. We have no complaints. Downtown is within walking distance. Responsiveness from mgmt was excellent.

Excellent location to walk Front St & close to beaches

I rented this for my family to spend a few days on vacation. Really liked the location. I liked the condo as it was clean and had a rooftop deck to hang out with the family. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Wine tasting get away!

Love Traverse City! Location was great-could walk anywhere downtown (a little chilly this visit tho so check weather and pack for anything!) beautiful views from vineyards and the roof!

Great stay in TC

The apartment was one of the most well-appointed VRBO properties we have ever stayed in. We had everything we wanted or needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and great location. Lots of great eating options within a short walking distance. And it’s so close to the water/beach. Super easy check-in process. We noticed the second floor bedrooms got a little hot on the first night (it was a warmer day), so not sure if the HVAC system adequately circulates the cool air. We opened the windows and that solved the issue. The second night was better but it was also a cooler day.Overall, it was a super lovely stay and we appreciated how easy Riley made everything. We look forward to returning again soon!

"Open some windows" in January in Northern Michigan

The property was exactly as advertised and nice. Getting into the unit was super easy. My only complaint was the heating. The unit was incredibly hot, and there were issues with the thermostat that could not be resolved by communications. The unit was 76 degrees for the duration of the stay, and the property owner's resolution was "open some windows" in January in Northern Michigan. I don't think telling a paying customer to open windows of the unit in January when there was half a foot of snow on the ground was a sufficient answer; the owner failed to provide resolution and fix the problem so for five days and four nights we paid to stay there. As a paying customer, I just found it incredibly unprofessional and inexcusable that the issue was not resolved. If you don't mind a hot unit and have no other issues, the property is fine. Good luck if you have issues because the issues probably will not be resolved.

Color Tour

This is a beautiful place with a great location. Took some out of state family to Traverse City to explore some wineries and experience the beautiful Fall color that Michigan has to offer. offer. This was the perfect place.

Convenient location.

Nice spot to settle in and enjoy TC downtown and the water on foot, by bike, or a short drive. The condo is a good size for a small family of 3-4. As a three story condo, be prepared for stairs. The garage parking is nice to have, but not suited for large SUV or truck. The driveway can sometimes get blocked by others cars. The Bedrooms are nice, and bathrooms are fully stocked. Kitchen was also clean and stocked with dishes and utensils.

Great condo right in the middle of TC

The condo was beautiful, perfectly located, and pet friendly! The rooftop patio is great when the weather is nice. Everything about the condo is perfect, just know there are multiple sets of stairs involved. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
