This stunning modern home sits just off iconic M22, offering 100 feet of private, sandy beachfront on beautiful West Bay -- all while being conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City and 10 minutes from Suttons Bay. With over 2500 square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, this spacious home is designed for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the incredible waterfront setting.

Guests have access to the whole home during their stay.

The driveway next to the house can accommodate one car. There are three additional parking spots on the gravel up the shared easement closer to the road. The gravel road is an easement and cars cannot park there.


The main level features a bright, open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, all positioned to take full advantage of the stunning water views. Step outside onto the expansive patio for al fresco dining, morning coffee, or an evening cocktail overlooking the bay.

All four bedrooms are located upstairs including a full guest bathroom, a spacious primary suite with king bed, and a private en-suite bathroom. Two guest bedrooms feature king beds and the fourth bedroom features two pairs of bunk beds. Laundry room is located on the second level. A third full bathroom is conveniently located on the main level.

The best part of your stay is just outside the door. Spend the day swimming from your private sandy beach, relaxing along the shoreline, or taking a boat out onto stunning West Bay. If you would like to rent a boat, there are several boat rental companies in the area, and we're happy to provide recommendations.

The dock is available from the end of May through the end of September. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. Wind and waves can cause damage to boats and docks.

There is a ring door bell on both the front and the side door to access the home. There are also 8 exterior cameras: 2 on each corner of the exterior of the house giving a 360 degree view of the home.
