« The room was clean and spacious with all expected amenities. We were only in need of a one-night stay but loved the property and hope to be back in the area for a longer stay sometime! »

« This resort is a perfect place to relax from busy work. Beautiful scenery in the mountains straight from the swimming pool. Good restaurants and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good SPA. »

« This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. »

« This was an amazing property. Everything was clean and inviting. Our kitchen had everything we could possibly need. They left a notebook with recommendations and instructions. Our dogs transitioned well and loved to walk around the lake. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Our only issue was the hard mattress. Neither of us could sleep on that. I suggest taking something cushy, like a thick sleeping bag. »

« The bed was comfortable. The room , door, curtain, floors were dirty. Hallway was musty. »

« The desk clerk, Ryan, was so helpful and courteous when we checked in as well as checking out. He is an excellent representative of your company. He answered our questions and was helpful when someone hit our truck in the parking lot. He went above and beyond! The young lady at the breakfast area was great! She made sure the area was clean, items stocked for a quick breakfast and was genuinely kind. At night the hotel was quiet and our air conditioner worked pretty well. We asked for towels only...

« Hair in shower, oily/greasy substance on tv remote & juice machine at breakfast watery. Otherwise, everything was great! »

« It would be ideal if they provided the hotel password, and that they put soap, shampoo and conditioner I stayed for a week 😩 and there was no refill of the aforementioned. »

« Hotel neuf, personnel souriant. Belle piscine et jaccuzi intérieurs. Belle salle de sport. Le buffet du soir est inclus mais il n y a guère de choix pour les végétariens et les plats n étaient pas très bons. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. »

« Let’s just say we left to go home after driving hours already. Air conditioning unit was so dirty when you put it in it smelt so bad, the refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, everything was filthy. Non smoking but pot filled the air with other guests who were loud. The hall to go to the room smelled like dog piss. You are warned now to stay away. »
