« We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. « The house was very nice and very clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is very remote and it is quite a drive to get to anywhere that has a store, but there is a Dollar General that isn’t that far away. We would highly recommend staying at this place. »

« This cozy tiny home cabin was perfect for my week long visit. The space worked for my needs. I was able to work remotely without issue during the day, rest in the living space in the evening after taking in the area with walks on the quiet roads with a beautiful sunset view. The comfortable bed made sure I was well rested and energized for the next day. »

« The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It is completely private and surrounded by beautiful grounds and nice outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Good location for activities in the Chattanooga area And the hosts are very responsive and had great communication with us. We would definitely stay there again. »

« My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV...

« The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. The spa tub was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. The breakfast was great, too. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We'll definitely stay here again. »

« This property was an amazing New Years getaway with my fiancé and 2 of our dogs. Everything was so cute, cozy, and clean. The yurt was also stocked with everything you could possibly need which was amazing. We couldn’t get over the views! »

« As locals it was a nice little get away from the normal humdrum. It was beautiful and a fun place and the “hot tub” is literally just that a tub for two with jets in it. It served the purpose. Only complaint I at all is that the A/C should be turned on before a guest enters the property if at all possible. Also the positioning of the AC unit above the bed wasn’t the greatest, I had to rig up something with a magazine and the wooden coasters to make it where the AC blew down on us at night. ...

« The tiny home was a perfect size for the 8 of us and Very cute in the inside. Even though the tiny home is way up on lookout mountain but it was only fifteen minutes from a Dollar General store and small restaurants. (No franchise) where we were able to buy some supplies without having to go to town. The property was perfect for my grandchildren who love to play outside in the woods and look for creepy crawlers.
