« We stayed for a weekend while my son played in a baseball tournament. The room worked great for us. Close to the fields, easy access to restaurants. The rest of the team was jealous as we walked to our place and they drove 25 minutes to their hotels. Ryan was quick to respond to anything and very friendly. »

« The condo was very comfortable and clean. The posting on VRBO did not mention the railroad track running directly by the property. We were awakened by a train in the middle of the night. We stayed one night and for the price we paid, we did not expect to have to clean the condo before we left. Total cost ended being double the posted price and we were threatened with additional fees if we did not clean up. It just seemed hostile for the price we paid. »

« This had everything we wanted. Walking to local restaurants, close to attractions, and space. We were in town for a baseball tournament so it was nice to be able to wash uniforms, relax during rain delays, and be close to all the ball fields. The apartment was clean and bright. Communication with the host was great. We were worried about parking the first night, but it didn't seem to be a problem throughout the weekend. « Best of the midwest. If you want the real deal Iowa experience in the country, this is the place for you. Alot of care and consideration went into decor, and anenities of this property. « We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful Stone House with so much history behind it! The countryside is absolutely breathtaking. Colesburg has a Tavern with great food and the locally owned gas station has a variety of homemade food and local locker meats and cheeses. We enjoyed the simple quite atmosphere and felt rejuvenated when we left. Will definitely be back!!! »
